Professional Background: Prior to joining the SSA faculty, Mr. Jackson worked for six years in the analytics industry as an Operations Research Analyst, developing mathematical models and conducting both quantitative and qualitative analyses in support of organizational decision-making. His professional expertise developed out of a 20-year career in the Marine Corps, where he also served as an intelligence officer.
