The Evening of Fine Arts Concert and Art Show has finally arrived! The performance by the 4th-5th and 6th-8th grade choirs and vocal ensemble will precede our annual art show, showcasing art by our Upper School artists.
Program Schedule
6:00 Call time for choir/ensemble students (drop off at Student Entrance)
6:30 Concert begins (parents enter Family Entrance)
7:30 Art show begins (lobby)
8:15 Art awards
9:00 Art show ends
Traffic Flow
- Due to the Art Show set-up and reveal, we will not be entering through the church lobby for the concert. Please follow parking attendants and directional signs for entrance instructions.
Important Reminders
- This concert is part of the third trimester grade for all choir students and attendance will be taken. If there is a conflict, please email Mrs. Killebrew as soon as possible.
- Kindergarten-3rd grade are not involved in this concert, but are encouraged to attend as audience members.
- Save a seat for your student! Students in 4th and 5th grade will be released back to their families directly after they exit stage to enjoy the rest of the concert. The students will line the sides of the auditorium during a brief intermission for a parent to locate them.
- Please keep your younger students with you and supervised throughout the night.
Concert Dress Code
- Vocal Ensemble – Concert black
- Logic Choir (6th-8th) – White dress top with sleeves and black bottoms. For girls, the bottoms may be a skirt or slacks. If the student is not volunteering with the art show, then navy bottoms are acceptable as well. Uniform dress shirts are acceptable.
- Grammar Choir (4th-5th) – Sunday best, please no jeans, t-shirts or sneakers.
