25 Jun Class of 2018 Commencement
St. Stephen’s Academy recently enjoyed its 8th Commencement Exercises, as we graduated another outstanding class of seniors. Much more than handing out diplomas, the graduation ceremony at St. Stephen’s displays the heart of the school – the personalities of students, the deep love of the faculty, the effectiveness of the curriculum, and the successful fulfillment of our mission to cultivate wisdom, eloquence, and godly character and equip students with the tools of learning that will last a lifetime. Our Portrait of a Graduate is an excellent summary of our goals for every student in the school.
As a father, Christian, and incoming headmaster, I am praising God for the work He is doing through St. Stephen’s in the lives of our students. This year’s graduation offered clear evidence of God’s gracious work of preparing our students to be faithful followers of Jesus, ready to do whatever God calls them to do, wherever He calls them to serve. We are so proud of our nine graduates, and we are excited to continue teaching hundreds of future graduates in the years to come! – Travis Koch, Dean of Academics
