St. Stephen’s Academy is seeking a new Headmaster to start in the summer of 2018. The next Headmaster will be a strong leader who embraces and advocates for classical Christian education both within our school and in the greater community. He or she will also be committed to shepherding students and staff in their Christian faith and maintaining the high standards, both academically and culturally, for which our school is known.
The St. Stephen’s Academy Board of Directors operates under a Carver governance model and therefore the Headmaster is its only employee. The Headmaster is responsible for all operational aspects of the school and is assessed by the Board of Directors with performance of the organization towards its goals. Currently, the leadership structure of the organization has the following members reporting to the Headmaster: Dean of Academics, Dean of Students, Lower School Principal, Administrator, and Business Manager.

Part-Time Bus Driver
